Chicken Tortellini Soup

Package of Tortellini (any flavor will do)
1 can of Italian flavored tomatoes
2 cups of water
1 chicken flavor bouillin cube
2 chicken or turkey breast (cubed and lightly fried)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (diced)
1 HOT red pepper (if you like it spicy!)
5-10 mushrooms (diced)

Lightly fry chicken or turkey and 1/2 of onions in frying pan (add basil, oregano, salt/pepper to taste). Combine water, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon butter to pot and put on medium heat. Once it simmers, you can add mushrooms and 1/2 of diced onion. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic, green peppers, red pepper, cooked poultry, tomatoes, and tortellini. Let simmer for at 15-20 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Wonderful on a cold, winter evening. Enjoy!!
